I am a licensed mental health counselor with a strong focus on working with complex trauma. Complex trauma can consist of experiences with childhood abuse, childhood neglect, abandonment, domestic violence, emotional abuse, and mental abuse. As a result, this can cause individuals to experience a variety of mental health symptoms of anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, anger, mood disorders, and strain on our quality of life. I provide a therapeutic approach that is eclectic, non-judgmental, trauma-informed. We will collaborate on creating a treatment plan that will consist of evidence based interventions.
